This Chaos named Hunter was a deserter from the Foundation where he had learned to hunt down his enemies. He specifically is very good at being aware of his surroundings and knowing who is around him. Him and his Sister were both in an MTF tracking division and tracked down many enemies of the foundation. He ended up deserting and tried to get his Sister to join him but she wouldn't. He still hopes that his Sister will come join him. He is also in a relationship with Sylas the Spy.
